iPhone 4 users have been complaining about reception issues, also known as “Death Grip” and it was said that it can be fixed through a possible iOS4 update. Some observations that affect reception by the placement of user’s hands are difficult to perform since signals differ in various places including the mass of different user’s hands. It also appears that the iOS4 has a weaker signal meter than on iPhone 3GS. This led to people thinking that these problems may be due to an iPhone design flaw on the antenna.
